Where do I even start?
Stress is a choice. We choose to see an event as stressful. Or we see it as a challenge we can overcome. I do not say this lightly, nor am I dismissing the real impact that stress can have on a person. I have had stressful events in my past that makes me believe this is true. It’s not that I don’t get stressed, but I try not to let it overwhelm me.
How do I do this?
